Just 20 minutes from Faro international airport and within a 1-hour drive to anywhere in the Algarve we are situated perfectly to assist you.

GOLDEN VISA & NHR

Non-Habitual Residence was implemented in Portugal in 2009, helping foreigners who become tax resident in Portugal to acquire NHR status; giving them the opportunity to become tax free in both Portugal and the country where they source their income, for a period of 10 years. According to the rules it is required that a Non- Habitual Resident spends more than 183 days of the year in Portugal.
